1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Narascape ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Narascape platform and website (narascape.app).

By accessing or using the website or platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and platform are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the website (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

You retain all rights to the user content (interactive stories, scenes, uploaded assets) that you create or import into Narascape. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content strictly as necessary to provide the Narascape service to you and your authorized viewers.

3. Account Registration & Security

You may be required to register an account to access our features. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username or workspace identifier if we determine that it is inappropriate or unauthorized.

4. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing

Certain services on Narascape are offered on a paid subscription basis (Starter, Pro, Enterprise). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. As a user of the site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or content from the site to create or compile a database or directory without written permission.
• Upload or transmit content that infringes any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Upload malicious scripts, viruses, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose under applicable local, national, or international laws.
